Law "On scientific and technical policy".

This Law establishes objectives and principles of formation and implementation of state scientific and technical policy, regulates relations between subjects of scientific activity, state governing bodies and consumers of scientific information. Science shall be intended as sphere of human activity aimed at study of the laws of nature with a view of rational management of natural resources. One of the main directions of state policy in the sphere of scientific and tehnical policy shall be utilization of scientific results for resolution of the problem of food security and improvement of ecological situation. Production, transfer and utilization of scientific research data shall be regulated by contracts.
