Abstract
The Law regulates property and related private non-property issues arising in connection with the creation, legal protection and use of inventions, industrial patterns, trade marks and service marks, and also issues related to the recognition of authors rights to a rationalization proposal. The objects of invention are: 1) devices; 2) processes; 3) substances; 4) micro-organic strains; 5) cell cultures of plants and animals; 6) the use of a known device, process, substance, strain in a new application. Not recognized to be patentable are inventions of varieties of plants and breeds of animals. The Act consists of 7 Sections composed of 41 articles.
