Abstract
This Presidential Decree determines the procedure for the organization and transfer of state-owned enterprises, their separate units, production and non-production units and structural units, the privatization of which does not violate the technological stage of the enterprise, buildings, structures, structures under construction, unoccupied apartments in public buildings, state-owned share portfolios in the authorized capital of joint-stock companies, state shares in other organizational and legal entities, and other state property not prohibited by law from state ownership for privatization. The State Committee of Turkmenistan for Soil Protection and Land Resources, together with the relevant regions and the Ashgabat region administrations, should ensure that when state property is privatized, the right to use or lease land plots is registered with the new owner in the established manner. The new owners of the privatized property are legal successors to this property in terms of property and non-property rights, including long-term leases of facilities that are not part of the privatized property but are used, as well as their legal successors in terms of land use rights.
