Abstract
The President decrees that salt iodization and iron fortification are mandatory in all enterprises, regardless of ownership, throughout the country. The Ministry of Energy and Industry and the Academy of Sciences, with the technical assistance of UNICEF, shall ensure the iodization of all salt produced in Turkmenistan.
