Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments to the Constitution of Tonga. The amendments concern, among other aspects, the impartiality of Government, Attorney general, Constitutions and powers of Cabinet, appointment of Governors, composition of legislative assembly, impeachment, general elections, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
