Aquaculture Management (Amendment) Act 2009 (No. 22 of 2009).

This Act amends the Aquaculture Management Act 2003 by inserting a new section (29A), which prohibits the importation, possessing, sale or culturing of any fish which is a living modified organism in aquaculture or any related activity without the written authorisation of the Secretary and the approval of the National Biosafety Advisory Committee.
