Birds and Fish Preservation (Amendment) Act, 1989 (Act No. 20 of 1989).

This Act amends the principal text by deleting the word "fish" from the long title and various sections and by deleting in section 8 the words: "or protected fish, or fish unlawfully taken from a protected area". The Second Schedule listing protected fish and turtle species is repealed.
