Counter Terrorism and Transnational Organised Crime Act 23 2013

The principal objects of this Act are – (a) to implement United Nations Security Council Resolutions and Conventions dealing with terrorism and transnational organised crime; (b) to prevent terrorists from operating in the Kingdom; (c) to prevent persons in the Kingdom from taking part in terrorist activities or supporting terrorism; and (d) dealing with transnational organised crime. The Act includes ten parts on: preliminary issues; specified entities; offences; management and forfeiture of property of specific entities; general powers; counter-terrorism conventions; transnational organised crime; people trafficking; people smuggling; and general provisions.
