Fisheries (Fishing Vessels) Licensing Regulations 2022.

There Regulations establish rules as regards the application for a locally based foreign fishing vessel license and a foreign fishing vessel license; full pre-fishing inspection and pre-fishing briefing of the terms and conditions for the fishing license, before issuing license to fish in the fisheries waters; conditions that a locally based foreign fishing vessel license or a foreign fishing vessel license shall be subject to; application for the issuance or renewal of a high seas fishing vessel permit; application for the issuance or renewal of an authorization to conduct fishery scientific research, test fishing or surveys; determination of the application; and general penalty for the breach of regulations.
