Foreign Investment Regulations 2006.

These Regulations under section 18 of the Foreign Investment Act 2002, prescribe the reserved list the restricted list and prohibited list of activities as defined by the Act and otherwise implement provisions of the Act. The list of reserved activities includes retail sale of food, selected cultivation, selected fishing activities. The restricted list includes commercial fishing activities, acquaculture and agricultural supply store distributing seeds, fertilizers, chemicals. The list of prohibited activities is prescribed in Schedule 1 of the Business Licences Act 2002.
