Land Court Rules 1991.

These Rules concern proceedings, enforcement of judgment and orders of the Land Court of Tonga as established under the Land Act. The procedure of the Supreme Court as set out in the Supreme Court Rules shall apply, except as provided otherwise in these Rules.
The Rules concern commencement of proceedings by writ in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Rules, service of writ out of the jurisdiction of the Court and trail of actions. The Rules also concern the execution of an order of Court for the possession of land.
