Abstract
These Regulations contain rules relative to the keeping of pigs to which the Regulations apply and to the compulsory planting of specified crops. It shall be lawful, at certain specified conditions, for any pig owner to release any pig or pigs from the enclosure. The Regulations also allow the owner or occupier of any cultivated land or of any enclosed land to shoot or kill any pig found trespassing on such land provided that the owner, if known, shall be notified.
