There is no indication of a replacement Act for the repealed Quarantine Act (CAP 77) 18 of 1927, 17 of 1986, 46 of 1988. There is a Plant Quarantine Act (Acts 24 of 1981, 22 of 1986 and 46 of 1988), as amended (Acts 10 of 1995, 21 of 2009).
