Abstract
These Regulations amend the Shipping (Registration) Regulations 2002 in regulations 20 to 25 concerning maritime liens. Regulation 21 concerns priority of liens in respect of vessels. Regulation 23 concerns the registration of statutory liens. Regulations 20, 24 and 25 of the Principal Regulations are repealed. A minor amendment is made to the Second Schedule.
