Abstract
This Act provides various rules that apply to towns. The rules, among other things, impose a duty to engage in cultivation for food by able-bodies males, to keep public places clean, to avoid the littering of public places, impose a licence for the keeping of swine or goats in specified places and impose a duty of weeding of public places.
