Abstract
This Agreement permanently settles the limits of the territorial seas, continental shelf, and exclusive economic zones of the Parties and any other marine or submarine area already established or may be established by the Parties, and provides for related matters. Article II gives co-ordinates of the delimitation lines of marine and submarine areas in the Caribbean, Gulf of Paria, the Serpent's Mouth and the Atlantic Ocean. The Parties shall adopt all measures for the preservation of the marine environment (art. IX). (11 articles completed by a chart)
