Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Agricultural Development Bank Act by prescribing forms for purposes of the Act and by providing that the rate of interest which may be charged in respect of any particular class or classes of loans or advances shall be determined by the Board, but shall not exceed 12 percent a year. The Regulations also prescribe, in the Second Schedule, legal charges payable in respect of any loan or advance.
