Abstract
These Regulations allows for financial support to economic development other that subsidies granted to e specific enterprise. It sets out criteria for the admissibility of financial support measures and sets out, in the Schedule, subsidies that shall not be subject to countervailing measures. It also concerns subsidies for disadvantaged regions and regional subsidy programmes.
