Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (Incorporation) Act, 1991 (No. 8 of 1991).

The aims and objectives of the Association are to: (a) advance science, practice and management of water supply and wastewater disposal in the Caribbean; (b) to promote education and training in this field, and; (c) encourage study and research in this field (sect. 3). Powers of the organization are outlined in section 4. The association may make rules for the proper conduct of its proceedings or discharge of its functions (sect. 7). (8 sections)
