Abstract
This Act establishes the Chaguaramas Development Authority and provides for its functions and powers, organization and management.
The Authority is establishes as a body corporate and shall be responsible for the infrastructural development of the North-west Peninsula.
The Minister may, in order to enable the efficient performance of the Authority, extinguish any public or private rights of way or easement over any land vested in the Authority. The Act prohibits any occupation or possession of land vested in the Authority without its consent.
