Abstract
This Act prohibits the claying of cocoa and the having in possession, exportation or sale of clayed cocoa. Claying means the coating and colouring of cocoa beans with clay. The Act grants certain powers to inspectors appointed under this Act and regulation-making powers to the Minister.
