Environmental Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure (Cap. 35:05).

These Rules concern proceedings before the Environmental Management Commission established under the Environmental Management Act. The Commission may exercise its powers under these Rules on its own initiative or at request of any party. The Rules establish a Registry of the Commission. The Commission shall, in accordance with section 83 of the Act, encourage mediation and arbitration.
