Abstract
These Regulations prescribe general and specific requirements for establishments for the handling of fish and fish products including vessels and for the certification of such establishments.
The 70 regulations are divided into 10 Parts: General (regs. 3-26), Specific requirements for handing of fish (regs. 27-56); General requirements for establishments (regs. 57-58); Specific requirements for establishments ( regs. 58-61); General operating requirements for establishments (reg. 62); Specific operating requirements for establishments (regs. 63-65); Requirements for vessels used for fishing or transporting fish for processing (reg. 66); Requirements for storing of frozen fish (reg. 67); Requirements for vehicles and equipment used for unloading, handling, holding and transporting fresh fish for processing (reg. 68); Miscellaneous (regs. 69-70).
