Abstract
The Regulations specify a deadline for the installation of marine turtles excluders on commercial shrimp trawlers (reg. 3). Living marine turtles captured shall be returned immediately to the sea (reg. 5). Owners of commercial shrimp trawlers shall participate in marine turtle conservation practices specified by Minister.
