Green Fund (Amendments) Regulations, 2011 (Chapter 77:01).

The Regulations add the definition of non-governmental organization as "a non-profit incorporated body which is engaged in activities related to the remediation, reforestation and conservation of the environment" and add Article 2A regarding the registration of any community group or non-governmental organisation that wishes to access the Green Fund. Furthermore, the definition of community group in the Regulations is amended as "a group of individuals from a particular locality within Trinidad and Tobago which is engaged in activities relating to the remediation, reforestation and conservation of the environment in that locality", and the definition of organization is amended as "a body incorporated by statute other than the Companies Act but including such non-profit company under section 308(2) of the Companies Act, which is engaged in activities related to the remediation reforestation and conservation of the environment".
