Horticultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago (Incorporation) Act, 1999 (Act No. 16 of 1999).

The Horticultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago is created as a body corporate under section 2. The aims and objects of the Society are to promote and encourage all aspects of horticulture and the environmental beauty of Trinidad and Tobago through: (a) the generation and dissemination of horticultural knowledge; (b) the development of understanding among individuals and organizations concerned with horticulture; (c) the organization of exhibitions, lectures, seminars and field visits; (d) the promotion of activities kindred to the science of horticulture; and (e) cooperation with other societies having similar objectives.
