Land Adjudication (Amendment) Act No. 10 of 2018.

This Act makes several amendments in the Principal Act regarding the duties and powers of the Chief Adjudication Officer, Deputy Adjudication Officer, Director of Surveys, Survey Officer, and Demarcation Officer. Moreover, this Act repeals and substitutes new sections relating to procedures for cases on adverse possession in the Land Tribunal, land registration procedures, and adjudication procedures.
