Litter Act (Fixed Penalty Procedure) Regulations (Cap. 30:52).

These Regulations concern fixed penalties in accordance with a notice made under section 24 of the Litter Act offering the discharge of any liability to conviction of an offence to which that section applies by payment of a fixed penalty. Such notice shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations and shall provide that payment of the penalty shall be made to the magistral district in which the offence allegedly was committed.
