Abstract
This Act makes amendments in the Water and Sewerage Act regarding financial provisions relating to the Water and Sewerage Authority for meeting any of its obligations and discharging of any of its functions. It also amends Section 21 of the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission Act regarding financial provisions relating to the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission.

An Act to amend the National Lotteries Act, 21:04, the Tobago House of Assembly Act, Chap. 25:03, the National Institute of Higher Education (Research, Science and Technology) Act, Chap. 39:58, the Children’s Authority Act, Chap. 46:10, the Water and Sewerage Act, Chap. 54:40 and the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission Act, Chap. 54:70 to provide for amendments to the composition of various boards and the borrowing powers of certain boards and matters connected therewith.
