Abstract
This Notification of the Minister of Agriculture, Land and Marine Resources, made under regulation 8(c) of the Fisheries (Conservation of Marine Turtles) Regulations, 1994, defines the standard type and other specifications for turtle excluder devices. It also specifies allowable modifications to such devices and allows use of accelerator tunnels, webbing flaps and chaffing webbing in accordance with given specifications.
