Pesticides (Registration and Import Licensing) Regulations, 1987 (L. N. No. 225 of 1987).

These Regulations, made under section 12 of the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Act, 1979, provide for procedures related to registration of pesticides (e.g. application, registration, refusal to grant approval for registration, etc.) and the granting importation licences for pesticides and for the keeping of records by holders of a licence.
