Abstract
This Act establishes the Petroleum Products Subsidy Fund, which shall be managed by the Minister of Finance. The Act also imposes a petroleum production levy, the moneys of which shall be deposited in the Fund and provides for financial support in the form of subsidies to the petroleum refining or marketing business.
