Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Pilotage Act by providing further rules for the pilotage in harbours and waters of Trinidad and Tobago. The rules concern, among other things; licensing of pilots; the registration of pilots; pilot boats; dues for pilotage; and returns to the Pilotage Authority.
