Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the corruption in office as an offence; punishment of corrupt transactions with agents; offence to corruptly use or communicate official information; penalties for the offences under this Act; powers of the police officers and inspectors; and the prosecution for an offence under this Act with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
