Abstract
This Act makes amendments in the Principal Act, by amending the definition of “bid rigging” in Section 2; paragraph (c) of Section 29 regarding the requirements of suppliers and contractors not to be convicted within the past ten years of corruption or fraud related offences locally or internationally; and by inserting subsections 5 and 6 to Section 7 regarding the services provided to public bodies or State-controlled enterprises which are out of scope of the principal Act.
