Abstract
No person shall bathe or wash within a distance of thirty feet from a public standpipe (reg. 2). No person shall (a) turn on any tap or stopcock so as to cause water to flow from a public standpipe unless the water is received in a suitable receptacle or is needed for the immediate personal us of an individual (b) allow or cause water to flow from a public standpipe into a receptacle which is overflowing (c) obtain water from a public standpipe by specified means.(6 regulations)
