Abstract
This Act provides rules relative to legal aspects of the trade in goods under contract. Goods include industrial growing crops and things attached to or forming part of the land, which are agreed to be severed before sale or under the contract of sale. It, among other things, defines the effects of a contract and sets out remedies in case of breach of contract.
