Abstract
This Order, made under section 5(2) of the Statutory Authorities Act grants the Statutory Authorities Service Commission the faculty to delegate powers to officers or managing bodies of specified Statutory Authorities including the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, the Water and Sewerage Authority and the Industrial Development Corporation.
