Abstract
These Regulations provide rules relative to the functioning and administration of the Statutory Authorities Service Commission established under the Statutory Authorities Act. The Regulations also allow the Commission to appoint a disciplinary tribunal in case the Commission charges the Head or officer of a Statutory Authority with an act of indiscipline or misconduct.
