Abstract
This Act provides for the constitution of the Veterinary Surgeons Registration Board and provides for the registration of veterinary surgeons by the Board. The Act also prohibits a person to use the name or title of veterinary surgeon or to practise veterinary surgery, unless (s)he is registered under this Act. The Act sets out the qualifications required for and the procedures of registration as a veterinary surgeon.
