Agreement between Tuvalu and Kiribati concerning their maritime boundary.

This Agreement establishes the boundary of the exclusive economic zones and continental shelves of Tuvalu and Kiribati over which the Parties exercise, or will exercise, sovereign rights and jurisdiction in accordance with international law. The Agreement also makes provision for dispute resolution and for consultation regarding exploitation of mineral and hydrocarbon resources.
