Climate Change and Disaster Survival Fund (Amendment) Regulation 2020.

This Regulation add a new Article with regard to Property Registration System to the Climate Change and Disaster Survival Fund Regulation 2017. The Property Registration System (PRS) is established for the implementation of the Climate Change and Disaster Survival Fund Act 2015. Every property owner within each Kaupule area must provide to the designated Kaupule officer accurate information relating to the property for registration as required in the Property Registration Form. This Article further elaborates on the offences and reporting on any suspicion of fraud.
