Abstract
This Act defines the right and procedures to sue the Crown and liability of the Crown and related persons in tort. Proceedings may concern by or against the Registrar of Titles under the Land and Titles Act or proceedings against the Crown for the recovery of land. The Act also concerns the execution of judgements. It defines the right and procedures to sue the Crown and liability of the Crown and related persons in tort. The Act also concerns the execution of judgements and relief. Some provisions of the Act concern civil proceedings against the Crown for the infringement of industrial property. An Act to amend the law relating to the civil liabilities of the Crown and to civil proceedings by and against the Crown, to amend the law relating to the civil liabilities of persons other than the Crown in certain cases involving the affairs or property of the Crown and for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
