Declaration of Territorial Sea Baselines 2012 (L.N. No. 6 of 2012).

This Order, made under the Maritime Zones Act 2012, declares territorial sea baselines for purposes of the Act. It sets out, in the Schedule, the points on the baseline from which the breadth of the territorial sea of Tuvalu, as described in section 7(1) of the Act, is measured. It also includes an illustrative chart in Schedule 2 and a guide to reading Schedule 1.
