Abstract
This Act establishes the Development Bank of Tuvalu as a body corporate. The purpose of the Bank shall be to facilitate and promote the economic development of the national resources of Tuvalu. The Bank shall provide finance by making loans for the long term economic and social development of Tuvalu in accordance with governments plans, programmes, strategies and priorities.
