Abstract
"The area of Tuvalu is designated as a prohibited fishing area for the shell species trochus niloticus" (reg. 2). " Any person who fishes within the area of Tuvalu for the shell species trochus niloticus commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1000 or up to 6 months imprisonment" (reg. 2).
