Abstract
This Plan is endorsed and adapted by the Tuvalu Cabinet as a guide to infrastructure investment over the next 10 years. The Plan provides for infrastructure update in various sectors including maritime, air, land transportation, water and sanitation, waste management, energy, telecommunication, coastal protection, education and health. Chapter 5 outlines funding considerations for climate change adaptation and disaster management. Implementation of the investment plan is designed by considering private sector and nongovernmental organisations as stakeholders. Chapter 7 prescribes for building resilience into the design and planning of infrastructure investments. The text comprises 7 Chapters and 3 Annexes.
