Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Lagoon Shipping Act, in particular in relation with certificates of competency to be issued under section 6 and certificates of seaworthiness to be issued under section 14 of the Act. The Regulations also concern, among other things, transportation of hazardous substances, classification and marking of vessels and rules of navigation.
