Abstract
This Act provides for the definition of: (a) the Internal Waters (sec.5); (b) Archipelagic Waters (sect. 6); (c) the territorial sea (sect. 7); (d) the Exclusive Economic Zone (sect. 8) and (e) the Contiguous Zone (sect. 9). In section 11 rights of Tuvalu in respect of the marine zones are declared and section 12 deals with rights of other states in the marine zones. (14 sections)
