Abstract
These Regulations, made under the petroleum Act, require a licence to be obtained from the Inspector of Petroleum for the storage of petroleum in quantities exceeding 15 litres. A licence may be subject to such conditions as the Inspector of Petroleum may determine. Contravention of these Regulations or any conditions attached to a licence shall be an offence.
